  1. Why, after the contract has been awarded, to a very successful contractor with an otherwise very good record.
    MP seeking publicity?

  2. All companies should have the right not to do business with suppliers and subcontractors they have or feel they could have problems.
MPs should stay out of the Public Works process of awarding contracts. Their suggestion of not awarding a contract could lead to corruption in the award of future contracts.

  3. … but wouldn’t UK construction grind to a halt if we started along this path?

  4. As is becoming the norm today, it’s political correctness gone mad! How about stripping MPs of the privileges that they abuse? You couldn’t make it up – perhaps MPs would like to employ ‘Bodgeit & Scarper?

  5. Chukka Umunna….. wittering about democracy . How about the democratic vote surrounding Brexit which you are seeking to overturn despite the will of the people voting to leave..
    Hypocrite…

  6. The above comments say it all. MP’s again seeking publicity sounds about right. Hypocrite views from people who have screwed the public purse for years. Allow the company to do the job it was awarded to do, if there’s an issue it will be dealt with accordingly.
